To excel in this role, you must have:

An advanced/higher/graduate diploma or bachelor’s degree
Extensive experience in Microsoft Office applications
Well-honed organisational, administrative, and accounting skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Maltese
Ability to speak and write in multiple European languages, including Italian, is an advantage
Relevant work experience in a related field
Your role

As our Office Operations Administrator, you will be counted on to lead, execute, and support a wide range of general administrative tasks to ensure that the office runs smoothly at all times.
You will:

Perform general administrative duties, such as welcoming guests, keeping track of office supplies, and updating employee records
Assist all employees with administrative tasks whenever required –– ensuring they have the support they need to perform their best work
Manage all inbound phone calls and correspondence as the company’s first point of contact
Translate website content as needed
