International e-commerce company seeking to recruit three individuals on a full-time basis for the position of Customer Service Representative. Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English plus another language which can be either Italian, French, Spanish and/or German. Multi-lingual individuals will be given preference.
The shift covers five days a week Monday to Friday. The successful applicants must be confident dealing with clients on the phone and via email.
The ideal person will be a pro-active team player with a strong work ethic and must be comfortable in a sales and customer support oriented position. Computer skills including proficient use of Word, Excel and other similar software is required.
Experience within a similar post such as in a call centre will be considered an asset.
