Our Company, located within the Marina of Portomaso, is currently looking for an experienced and qualified GRILL COOK & PIZZAIOLO to work in one of its outlets, “MARINA TERRACE PIZZERIA & BRASSERIE”, on a full time basis. He/She must be very committed and reliable, work under strict supervision during evening and morning shifts. Clean, punctual, serious well-mannered, able to speak good English.

DESIRED SKILLS:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 2 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION AND ALSO A MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE OVERSEAS.

MUST BE COMPETENT, FAST, RELIABLE AND READY TO WORK IN A VERY BUSY ENVIRONMENT.

MUST BE ABLE TO PREPARE ALL KIND OF BURGERS, SANDWICHES, SALADS, WRAPS AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PIZZA & BREAD DOUGH MAKING.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL WORK UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PROFESSIONAL ITALIAN CHEF.

ALL FOOD HANDLING AND HYGIENE RELATED CERTIFICATES ARE A MUST.

Early 2007, Marina Restaurants Ltd assumed the challenge of managing the stunning collection of bars and restaurants in the Portomaso marina area.

Marina Restaurants offers the established Sale e Pepe Tradizione Italiana, Marina Terrace Pizzeria & Brasserie, Zen Japanese Sushi Bar & Teppanyaki, ONE Portomaso, Zen Sushi to Go Skyparks, Zen Sushi to Go Pama, Zen Sushi to Go St. Julian's, Zen Sushi to Go Pavi and Zen Sushi to Go Ta' Xbiex.

There is obviously more though at Portomaso.

The Marina at Portomaso is the kind of place where you can simply decide where to eat as you are parking in the huge underground car park. You can have a pre-dinner drink in one place, eat in one of the restau­rants, have an after-dinner drink or coffee in another and then go for a nice walk along the marina.
